Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and commitment and strive to provide the best experience possible. In order to serve all clients efficiently, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:


General Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
  • No-shows or cancellations made on the same day will result in a 100% charge of the service.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the full service.
  • In such cases, the service will be shortened, and the full price will still apply.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, provided you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Multiple reschedules may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

Prepaid Packages or Promotions

  • For prepaid services, failure to cancel within the 24-hour window will result in the session being forfeited without refund.
  • Promotional offers are non-refundable and subject to the same cancellation policy.

Refunds

  • All deposits are non-refundable. However, if proper cancellation notice is given, the deposit may be transferred to a future booking.
  • If the clinic cancels your appointment, you will receive the option to reschedule or a full refund.
